If you can get the Harp of the Judge, Ukon will refine it for you with Kromede’s Flame.

Objectives:

Step 1. Gather the materials needed to refine the Harp of the Judge and bring them to UkonA blacksmith in Arbolu’s Haven in Heiron.. (You need to collect: Harp of the Judge)

    I have completed all the quests leading to this one and have kromede’s flame and the harp…still can’t get Ukon to combine them and when I click quest, it claims that I do not have the harp. Help!!!
