It appears when the Elyos or Asmodians capture Silona Cascade Overlook. The one consisting of Silona Vanguard Combatants, Silona Vanguard Sentrys, and Silona Vanguard Supervisor appears when the Balaur capture Silona Cascade Overlook. (x5).

Step 2. Talk with HomerusA captain of the Guardian Detachment who appears when the Elyos capture Silona Cascade Overlook..
