Step 1. Eliminate the Archways Recon UnitA squad that appears when Elyos capture Soaring Archways Rampart. The squad consists of Archways Recon Veteran Combatants, Archways Recon Veteran Sentrys, Archways Recon Veteran Supervisors, Archways Recon Veteran Gunslingers, and Archways Recon Messengers. (x5).

Step 2. Talk with PerianderA captain of the Guardian Detachment who appears when the Elyos capture Soaring Archways Rampart..
