Get it from Advisor Ubara. from Advisor UbaraA military advisor for the Beritra’s Hand unit. She plans major operations and appears in Pradeth Plains. and take it to RolfA captain of the Archon Battlegroup who appears when the Asmodians capture Emerald Meadow in Pradeth Plains.. (You need to collect: Murdak Tactician’s Operations PlanThe Operations Plan of the 1st Unit’s tactician. It deviates from their other plans. Get it from Advisor Ubara.)
