Silion saw Aimah’s Bow and said he would be able to improve its performance using Paruam’s Iris. Get Paruam’s Iris, and go to Zaellen.

Objectives:

Step 1. Get Paruam’s IrisA gooey bit of Paruam Sealguard’s eye. Gee, won’t the other Daevas be impressed?, and bring it with the bow to ZaellenAn Archon Sentinel stationed in Satrakand.. (You need to collect: Silion’s Bow)
