Collect Lepharist Written Oaths and give them to Mirka.

Objectives:

Step 1. Defeat Elite MembersRefers to the Elite Lepharists in the Lepharist Citadel. These include Citadel Sergeants, Citadel Sentrys, Citadel Infiltrators, Citadel Chanters, Citadel Menders, and Citadel Warlocks. in the Lepharist Citadel, collect their Written Oaths and take them to MirkaA Centurion of Alsig Village in Morheim. She is dedicated to eradicating the Lepharists.. (You need to collect: Lepharist Written Oath)
