Step 1. Go to the Cloister of Kaisinel and meet High Priest EremitiaA High Priest of Mirage serving Empyrean Lord Kaisinel. She remains in Cloister of Kaisinel of Sanctum until Empyrean Lord Kaisinel returns.. Then attend the appointment ceremony.
