Yulia, Hushblade Legion’s Brigade General, promised to give you a fine reward if you completed important missions. Bring back Decrees of Valor for her.

Objectives:

Step 1. Collect a Decree of ValorProof of great valor, courage, and strength in service of your people. The more you have, the greater rewards you can earn. set and take them to YuliaBrigade General of the Hushblade Legion stationed at Inngison Illusion Fortress. A no-nonsense leader, she hates the outmoded and, she feels, patronizing Brig. Gen. Versetti.. (You need to collect: Decree of ValorProof of great valor, courage, and strength in service of your people. The more you have, the greater rewards you can earn.)
