If you have decided to transfer your character to another server you might ask yourself what will happen if there is already a character with the same name?
You can transfer to a new server if there is no race restriction. If a player on the server you are transferring to has your name, you will be renamed and receive a name change ticket.

Issuing everyone a rename ticket opened up a major can of worms. A friend had their name stolen by someone who either botted or powerleveled right before the merge to get to a higher level than my friend’s character which was created a long long time before the character of the asshole who stole their character’s name. MAJOR can of worms. >_>
