Objectives:

Step 1. Wipe out the OathboundDragonbound defending the Ophidan Holy Grounds. They consist of Oathbound Warriors, Oathbound Healers, Oathbound Priests, Oathbound Assassins, Oathbound Guards, Oathbound Sorcerers, and Oathbound Summoners.. (x9)

Step 2. Talk with RuokA Fatebound Legionary in Goldrine Free City who closely observes the Dragonbound and has doubts about the Shugos who lead them..
