Objectives:

Step 2. Talk to KahrunA leader revered by the Reian Tribe. in the Dragon Lord’s Refuge.

Step 3. Talk to MarchutanOne of the five Empyrean Lords in Asmodae. He is the Fate Lord. in the Dragon Lord’s Refuge.

Step 4. Report back to SkafirIn charge of the Fatebound legions for Tiamaranta, she is under orders to locate and destroy Dragon Lord Tiamat..
