Defeat the enemy Guardian Generals in the Fortresses at the Base of Reshanta as Votan ordered.

Objectives:

Step 1. Defeat the Guardian Generals at Reshanta Base FortressesRefers to Siel’s Western Fortress, Siel’s Eastern Fortress, and the Sulfur Fortress in the lower layer of Reshanta. (x7).

Step 2. Talk with VotanThe Governor of Reshanta, at Primum Fortress. He is a legendary strategist who killed many Elyos heroes as he worked his way up through the ranks..
