It appears when the Elyos or Asmodians capture Sillus Pass Watchpost. The one consisting of Pass Vanguard Combatants, Pass Vanguard Sentrys, and Pass Vanguard Supervisor appears when the Balaur capture Sillus Pass Watchpost.. (x5)

Step 2. Talk with IoleA captain of the Guardian Detachment who appears when the Elyos capture Sillus Pass Watchpost in Sillus Mountains..
