Apparently, it is possible to summon Fire Spirits by using a Steelbeak Gryphu’s Head Feathers. Get some for Teressa.

Objectives:

Step 1. Gather Gryphu’s Head FeatherA common focus in ceremonies to summon the Spirits of Balaurea. Usually plucked from a Steelbeak Gryphu.s and bring them to TeressaA Wisplight legionary in the Inggison Illusion Fortress. She dreams of becoming the best Spiritmaster EVER.. (You need to collect: Gryphu’s Head FeatherA common focus in ceremonies to summon the Spirits of Balaurea. Usually plucked from a Steelbeak Gryphu.)
