Utsida has a test of your skill before he can recommend you for the title of Handicrafting Expert. Make Fasimedes’ Noble Necklace to prove yourself.

Objectives:

Step 1. Make Fasimedes’ Noble Necklace, and take it to UtsidaHandicrafting Master in charge of crafting accessories for Daevas inside the Artisans Hall in Sanctum. He thinks that artistic sense is the most important thing in Handicrafting.. (You need to collect: Fasimedes’ Noble Necklace)
