    Which scroll/Design is used to make this?

    is it the

    Tough Durable Jerkin?

    and also what materials?

    You need Design: Worthy Tough Durable Jerkin. You will get it from the last two work orders when you hit 399, but be prepared to do these work orders for hours.

    28x Tough Leather Cord
    4x Worthy Premium Armor Flux
    11x High-Grade Aether
    16x High-Grade Orichalcum Ore
