Apparently the fangs of Crowned Drynacs can make you a decent amount of Kinah. Kill Crowned Drynacs in the Medeus Manor and bring their fangs to Dokurunerk.

Step 1. Obtain Crowned DrynacA reptile that can be seen in Medeus Manor East. fangs and take them to DokurunerkA food merchant at the Arbolu’s Haven in Heiron. He has some rather predatory business practices.. (You need to collect: Drynac Fang)
