Step 1. Go to Petro Outpost, and talk with NicoA Tiamaranta Expeditionary at Petro Outpost, who is happy to be stationed among the ruins..

Step 2. Get rid of Creatures Destroying RelicsRedcorn Fungie, Glossy Fungie, and Quartz Fungen that destroy the relics of the Siel Temple. (x7).

Step 3. Talk with Nico.
