Get it from Pashid Supply Captain. from Pashid Supply CaptainThe commander in charge of the 1st Unit supply troop deployed in the Beritran Defense Zone. and take it to HelgaA captain of the Archon Battlegroup who appears when the Asmodians capture Stonewatch Rampart in Beritran Defense Zone..
