Step 1. Kill the Balaur Instructors at the Nochsana Training Camp.
Nochsana ProtectorA protector guarding the Shield of Mercy Artifact at the Nochsana Training Camp. (x1).
Nochsana GuardA gatekeeper guarding the Nochsana Training Camp Gate. They are also instructors who teach Draconute soldiers various martial techniques. (x1).
Aetheric Field GuardA Guard tasked with protecting the Aetheric Field in the Nochsana Training Fortress. (x1).
Nochsana TeleporterA teleporter in the Nochsana Training Fortress. (x1).

Step 2. Report to KelmarA Red Hasia Legion instructor in Reshanta. He is dispatched to Morheim Ice Fortress to find a Daeva for a mission in Nochsana Training Camp..
