The Argush currently has it. from ArgushA sentinel in Beritran intelligence who seems to be investigating the Idian Depths. in the Idian Depths and take it to Tribunus PippusA Tribunus with the Guardian Detachment’s Beritra’s Bane Legion. He is constantly busy performing Pantager’ tasks, and he has subordinates across Katalam. Find him at the Kaisinel’s Beacon in Katalam.. (You need to collect: Avsadar’s JournalA document written by Avsadar which may contain Tiamat’s secrets. The Argush currently has it.)
