    Ok, this quest is stuffed. The location on my map is smack bang in the middle of elysean soldier mobs and guard towers. I cant even see the guy! Help anyone?

    reason why elyos soldeirs are there is coz u have prob asmodians holding fortress at that area aka u need to let elyos hold fortress 😀

    He is under the right wing, it even says so when you click “the island of exile”.
    Fly there.. 🙂 hes not next to the elyos guards. !!
