    I believe Dancing Feather is only there at night. Also, at night the NPC Griffonix becomes a mini boss.

    Scratch that, just hang around awhile and it will appear. If it isn’t there it’s likely because someone else is already escorting it.

    I killed that Griffonix NPC for some reason at day time in game…. ithen took the quest at nigh but the dancing feather wasn’t where is supposed to be…. so… WTF ?! xD
