Description

A letter of recommendation is required to enter the Hidden Library. Speak to Brigade General Spatalos in Verteron to obtain the letter of recommendation.

Objectives:

Step 1. Obtain the letter of recommendation from SpatalosThe Fortress Commander of Verteron Citadel. He lost his wife and son in the Krall War, and has become correspondingly ruthless in his pursuit of victory..

    You have to complete all Verteron campaign quests first.

    i can’t finish the instance which i get krall marks and i can’t give them to spatalos for the letter… what do i have to do?
