Find it in Hadradim’s Watch.es and take them to ArfastA captain of the Archon Battlegroup who appears when the Asmodians capture Occupier’s Lounge in Hadradim’s Watch.. (You need to collect: Detachment’s SuppliesSupplies found in the Detachment Supply Box.)
