Step 1. Get the fins of Swamp VortileA Vortile found in Wildheart Grove. and bring them to DoriaA scholar at Doria’s Campsite in the Wildheart Grove in Inggison. She would try every possible means in order to satisfy her curiosity.. (You need to collect: Vortile Fin)
