Tiamat makes these from the souls of vanquished foes.. Then talk to HakelanIt’s possible he is the Asmodian Hero’s Statue in Noble Garden..

Step 2. Report the result to DraganA Tiamaranta Training Instructor who deals in current Tiamaranta situation reports..
