Dragon Lord Monuments might contain information about Isbariya’s warning. Take rubbings of the monuments to Pilomenes.

Objectives:

Step 1. Obtain rubbings from Dragon Lord MonumentThe stony monuments of Dragon Lords seen throughout Inggison. They include the Fregion Monument, the Meslamtaeda Monument, the Ereshkigal Monument, and the Beritra Monument.s and bring them to PilomenesA Balaur researcher from the outskirts of Elysea. He doesn’t much notice the Balaur themselves, he’s so wrapped up in academics.. (You need to collect: Rubbed Copy of Fregion Monument)
