why can’t i see the whole generators?…i only see the colored stones floating, and i can’t finish the quest

I’m having the same problem too x-x
It’s like the picture of the generator shown above but instead, you only see the green, blue or violet floating crystal. You can only see it floating there. I can’t click it or anything.
i have the same prob as bryanne, someone plz help me:) i just see the 3 crystals floading i the air and i cant do anything at them:/ someone pleas help
