Step 1. Terminate Brass-Eye GroggetThe captain of the Steel Rake, usually found in the Steering House. He lost an arm in battle, and had a steel rake fitted in its place., the captain of the Steel RakeA Shulack ship run by the Steel Rake Pirates. The Steel Rake is anchored at one of the floating islands between Elysea and Asmodae. Hikarunerk, a Shugo at the Outer Dock can send you to it.. (x1).
