Nemnef said that you could make big money if you gather 10 feather accessories carried by the Brutal Black Claw Hunters and bring them to her. Rally your colleagues and go to the Black Claw Outpost with them.

They use Taygas to help with the hunt.s and bring them to NemnefShe is a Soul Healer residing in Altgard Fortress. She dislikes it when people say that Soul Healers all look alike.. (You need to collect: Mau Feather Trinket)
