Find out what Stormwing is. Go to the Oracular Chamber in Beshmundir Temple and perform the soul summoning ritual.

Objectives:

If you pour perfumed oil on the altar, Faithful Respondent Utra appears.. Whatever you ask, it tells you the truth. to ask about Stormwing.

Step 2. Talk with HerkaA Balaur researcher in the Gelkmaros Fortress. She volunteered to work in the fortress because she loved the notion of studying real Balaur in Balaurea..
