In Decorate mode, you can change the location of furniture and other items., then talk to Bloom Merchant RaknusA Hearthbloom and Guestbloom Merchant in Rockroof Village in Arcada State..

Step 3. Decorate, then talk to Bloom Merchant Raknus.
