To make it, you’ll need to get the necklace prototype and the design of Agehia’s Necklace or of Agehia’s Noble Necklace from Obirunerk. and bring it to LanseA Handicrafting Master at the Temple of Artisans in Pandaemonium.. (You need to collect: Agehia’s Noble NecklaceYour Handicrafting mastery project. To make it, you’ll need to get the necklace prototype and the design of Agehia’s Necklace or of Agehia’s Noble Necklace from Obirunerk.)

Step 3. Obtain Master test items from Obirunerk again.
