Step 1. Obtain the Noble Mace ComponentsSiel’s Supreme Mace and Noxallon Ingot. Forging the two together unlocks the weapon’s hidden power. and bring it to GefeiosA Reian tribe blacksmith in Soteria Sanctuary, Inggison. He would do anything he could to make a good weapon. It is his life.. (You need to collect: Siel’s Supreme Mace)
