I have yet to find a webpage or any other form of commentary that describes how you “take Musphel Outpost.” Where is this Occupation Commander?
For those wondering about this quest. It’s simple. Just talk to the representative in Morheim. Travel to Slag Bulwark, talk to Gangleri, use the pathfinding option as follows /pathfinding Musphel Outpost, run to the outpost and just kill kill kill kill kill kill kill kill kill kill kill the Lepharists until he spawns. Bam done and done.
It did take about 7 rounds of me killing the Lepharists for him to spawn but just be patient, he’ll spawn. For all I know you don’t even have to kill the Lepharists, but I did anyways just in case.
Thanks for the tip. We killed the Kaidan one about 6 times over at one in Eltnen for the spy quest. The Kaidan took it over and we killed them 6 times and then their boss spawned.
You can type in chat “/pathfinding commander outpost” (Name of place) at daynight time(in game) about hourly of a day. or You can see them at noon in west of Morteim outpost (between Fire temple and Slack….).Last, U must kill Lepharists …Captain whom key of the quest.

For those out there who could not find the commander for the life of them: I play on Fast Track only. jay2341ca says that you can only pick up the quest on Fast Track, so that might be something if you only play Standard.
I completely forgot I was on Standard server, and went to do this quest. I was SHOCKED to see the commander there! Then I realized the only thing different was that I was on Standard server.
So it may be that you can pick the quest up on Fast Track, but can only complete it on Standard. No clue why.

I just did this quest. On FTS there were Morheim defenders. I switched to Standard and the Lepharists were there, along with the captain. I only had to kill one just to get past him, Once the captain was dead, the Morheim guys were back.
