Is this quest “broken”?? Because i am at the spot where you must kill those mobs and even one sticky sludger appears! And i am there waiting for this mob almost 40 minutes! Is the locate location for sticky sludger wrong?

It. This mob required for Asmodian Campaign Quest lvl 52 The Aether Must Flow need to kill 10 Sticky Sludger (day) and 10 Whirling Seafoam (night).
The bitch Valetta doesn’t even give any of the entry level beginning quests… How do I start this crap if she’s not giving the quest? My Templar is lvl 54 btw…
