Objectives:

Step 1. Defeat Brass-Eye GroggetThe captain of the Steel RakeA Shulack ship run by the Steel Rake Pirates. The Steel Rake is anchored at one of the floating islands between Elysea and Asmodae. Raninerk, a Shugo at the Airship Dock in Pandaemonium can send you to it., usually found in the Steering House. He lost an arm in battle, and had a steel rake fitted in its place., Captain of the Steel RakeA Shulack ship run by the Steel Rake Pirates. Step 2. Report to MoorinerkA Shugo envoy of the Black Cloud Traders at the Airship Dock in Pandaemonium. He is an opportunist who has no qualm about switching sides for profit..
